免费试用Free Trial

新用户注册后可享受 14天免费试用期(Professional Plan 功能完整体验)。
New users are entitled to a 14-day free trial with full Professional Plan features.
  • 试用期内不扣费,但需绑定有效支付方式
    No charge during trial, but a valid payment method must be on file
  • 试用期满后自动转为付费订阅,如不希望续费须在到期前24小时取消
    Automatically converts to paid subscription at trial end; cancel at least 24 hours before expiry to avoid charge
  • 每个账号仅限享受一次免费试用
    One free trial per account only
自动扣费提醒Auto-Charge Notice

试用期结束前72小时,我们将发送提醒邮件至您的注册邮箱。请确保邮箱地址有效。
We will send a reminder email 72 hours before your trial ends. Please ensure your registered email address is valid.

第三条Article 3

自动续费Automatic Renewal

  • 订阅将在每个计费周期(月付:每30天;年付:每365天)自动续期
    Subscription auto-renews each billing cycle (monthly: every 30 days; annual: every 365 days)
  • 续费金额将在到期日自动从绑定支付方式中扣除
    Renewal amount is automatically charged to your payment method on the renewal date
  • 您可随时在账号设置中关闭自动续费
    You may disable auto-renewal at any time in account settings
  • 关闭自动续费后,当前周期结束即停止服务
    Service continues until end of current period after auto-renewal is disabled
  • 自动续费扣款前5个工作日将发送邮件提醒
    Reminder email sent 5 business days before each renewal charge

支付失败处理Payment Failure Procedures

  • 支付失败后立即发送提醒邮件至注册邮箱
    Reminder email sent immediately upon payment failure
  • 在7天内自动重试3次(第1、3、7天)
    Auto-retry 3 times over 7 days (days 1, 3, 7)
  • 第7天仍未成功的,账号暂停(非删除),用户可更新支付方式后恢复
    If still unsuccessful on day 7, account suspended (not deleted); user may update payment method to resume
  • 暂停期间30天未尝试恢复的,账号终止并按隐私政策处理数据
    If no recovery attempted within 30 days of suspension, account terminated and data handled per Privacy Policy
  • 暂停期间仍可申请数据导出
    Data export available during suspension period

支付方式Payment Methods

我们通过 Stripe(PCI DSS Level 1 认证)处理所有支付,支持 Visa、Mastercard、American Express 及银行转账(企业版)。
All payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and bank transfer (Enterprise).
MiningClawd 不存储您的完整支付卡信息,仅保留卡号后4位用于显示。
MiningClawd does not store your full card details; only the last 4 digits are retained for display purposes.

价格变更Price Changes

  • 价格变更提前30天通过注册邮箱书面通知
    Price changes will be notified in writing via registered email 30 days in advance
  • 仅从下一个计费周期起生效,不影响当前周期
    Effective from the next billing cycle only
  • 如不接受新价格,可在生效前取消订阅,不收额外费用
    You may cancel before the new price takes effect at no extra cost

退款政策Refund Policy

ACL 强制性消费者保证ACL Mandatory Consumer Guarantee

根据澳大利亚消费者法,如服务存在重大问题(非消费者原因),您有权要求退款。以下退款政策不影响您的 ACL 法定权利。
Under Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to a remedy if a service has a major failure (not caused by you). The following policy does not limit your ACL statutory rights.

Refund requests should be sent to info@lynaimining.com. We will process within 5 business days.

ACL重大故障定义ACL Major Failure Definition

服务积分与退款触发条件:(a)平台每月连续不可用超过24小时;(b)核心功能(报告下载、AI Agent、数据库访问)每季度累计不可用超过72小时;(c)数据丢失影响超过用户10%的已下载报告;(d)安全漏洞导致用户个人数据泄露。补救措施:(1)受影响期间的按比例退款;(2)每24小时停机享受1天免费服务积分;(3)数据泄露情况下的额外3个月免费服务。索赔需在事件发生后15天内将证据发送至info@lynaimining.com。
Service Credit & Refund Triggers: (a) Platform unavailable for >24 continuous hours per month; (b) Core functions (reports, AI Agents, database) non-functional >72 cumulative hours per quarter; (c) Data loss affecting >10% of user's downloaded reports; (d) Security breach resulting in personal data exposure. Remedies: (1) Pro-rata refund for impacted period; (2) 1 day free service credit per 24 hours of downtime; (3) Additional 3 months free service for data breaches. Claims must be submitted with evidence to info@lynaimining.com within 15 days of the incident.

税务Taxation

所有展示价格对澳大利亚订阅用户已包含10%的澳大利亚商品及服务税(GST)。非澳大利亚订阅用户可能按照适用税法收取不含GST的价格。您的发票将反映适用于您所在地区的GST处理方式。每次扣款后将向注册邮箱发送含税务明细的正式税务发票。
Prices shown are inclusive of 10% Australian GST for Australian subscribers. Non-Australian subscribers may be charged GST-exclusive prices in accordance with applicable tax law. Your invoice will reflect the applicable GST treatment for your location. A formal tax invoice will be emailed after each charge.
