Document Hierarchy: These Data Export Terms (MC-LEGAL-10) form part of the wider contract suite, subject to the following precedence rules where there is any inconsistency: the Privacy Policy (MC-LEGAL-02) / Data Processing Agreement (MC-LEGAL-12) govern privacy and data-subject rights; the Enterprise Master Service Agreement (MC-LEGAL-11) governs enterprise offboarding; the API Terms of Use (MC-LEGAL-13) govern API revocation/export windows; and the Mining Data Licence Agreement (MC-LEGAL-14) / Terms of Service (MC-LEGAL-01) govern licensed data and report-use restrictions.

数据导出权利Right to Data Export
根据澳大利亚《1988年隐私法》及澳大利亚隐私原则（APP 12），您有权申请访问和导出 MiningClawd 持有的与您相关的个人数据。
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principle 12, you have the right to request access to and export of your personal data held by MiningClawd.

平台情报报告内容（受版权保护）、其他用户的数据、平台算法和模型参数、因法律保留要求不能删除的数据副本。
Platform intelligence report content (copyright protected), other users' data, platform algorithms and model parameters, data copies legally required to be retained.
第三条Article 3
导出申请流程Export Request Process
- 第1步：在 User Portal 提交导出申请，选择数据范围Step 1: Submit export request in User Portal, select data scope
- 第2步：系统发送确认邮件至注册邮箱，需在24小时内点击确认Step 2: Confirmation email sent to registered address; click to confirm within 24 hours
- 第3步：系统在3个工作日内生成导出文件包（数据量大时可能延长至7个工作日）Step 3: System generates export package within 3 business days (up to 7 business days for large data volumes)
- 第4步：收到下载通知邮件，点击链接下载加密压缩包Step 4: Receive download notification email; click link to download encrypted archive
- 第5步：使用首次导出时设置的解压密码解压文件Step 5: Extract using the decryption password set during your first export
每个账号每30天最多申请2次数据导出，防止系统资源滥用。
Each account may submit a maximum of 2 data export requests per 30-day period to prevent system resource abuse.
第四条Article 4
下载链接有效期Download Link Expiry
下载链接有效期为 48 小时Download Link Valid for 48 Hours
过期后链接自动失效，服务器上的临时文件将被删除。如需重新导出，请重新提交申请。请勿通过即时通讯工具转发下载链接给他人，链接包含您的个人数据。
After expiry, the link becomes invalid and temporary server files are deleted. To re-export, please submit a new request. Do not forward download links via messaging apps — links contain your personal data.

导出数据使用限制Exported Data Use Restrictions
- 仅限个人存档、转移至其他服务或行使隐私权利使用For personal archiving, migration to other services or exercising privacy rights only
- 不得将导出数据中的平台内容（矿业数据库内容、报告片段）用于商业目的Platform content in exports (mining database content, report excerpts) must not be used commercially
- 导出数据的本地安全存储由您负责；如发生泄露，MiningClawd 不承担责任You are responsible for the local security of exported data; MiningClawd is not liable for any breach thereof
