第一条Article 1

政策目的Policy Purpose

本可接受使用政策（AUP）明确了使用 MiningClawd 平台所有功能的行为边界，旨在保护平台数据资产、维护公平使用环境并确保合规经营。本政策是《用户服务条款》的组成部分，违反本政策视为违反服务条款。

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the boundaries of acceptable conduct when using all MiningClawd platform features. It protects platform data assets, maintains a fair use environment and ensures regulatory compliance. This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service; breaches of this Policy constitute breaches of the Terms.

明确禁止的行为Strictly Prohibited Activities

2.1 数据抓取与滥用 / 2.1 Data Scraping & Misuse

使用爬虫、脚本或自动化工具批量下载平台数据
Using bots, scripts or automated tools to bulk-download platform data
超出订阅套餐允许的 API 调用频率上限
Exceeding the API call rate limits of your subscription plan
将平台数据用于构建竞争性数据产品或服务
Using platform data to build competing data products or services
将情报报告内容转售或发布在其他平台
Reselling or publishing intelligence report content on other platforms

2.2 账号与访问滥用 / 2.2 Account & Access Abuse

共享账号或订阅凭证给未授权第三方
Sharing account or subscription credentials with unauthorised third parties
使用多个账号规避配额限制或获取多次免费试用
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent quotas or obtain multiple free trials
冒充 MiningClawd 员工或其他用户
Impersonating MiningClawd staff or other users

2.3 内容与信息违规 / 2.3 Content & Information Violations

发布、传播虚假矿业数据或误导性投资信息
Publishing or distributing false mining data or misleading investment information
将 AI 分析结果包装成专业投资建议向第三方出售
Presenting AI analysis as professional investment advice for sale to third parties
上传含有恶意代码、病毒或有害内容的文件
Uploading files containing malicious code, viruses or harmful content

2.4 系统安全违规 / 2.4 System Security Violations

未经书面授权对平台进行渗透测试
Penetration testing the platform without written authorisation
对平台发起拒绝服务（DDoS）攻击
Launching denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against the platform
对平台软件进行反向工程或源代码提取
Reverse-engineering or extracting source code from platform software

第三条Article 3

AI Agent 使用规范AI Agent Use Standards

使用 Lobby、Crabby、Pincer、Clawdia 等 AI Agent 时，您不得：

When using AI Agents (Lobby, Crabby, Pincer, Clawdia), you must not:

使用 Agent 生成虚假矿业勘探数据或伪造 JORC 报告
Use Agents to generate false mining exploration data or fabricate JORC reports
通过 Agent 散布针对特定上市公司的未经核实的负面信息
Use Agents to spread unverified negative information about listed companies
通过 Prompt Injection 绕过 Agent 的安全限制
Use prompt injection to bypass Agent safety restrictions
使用 Agent 处理澳大利亚证券法禁止的内幕信息
Use Agents to process insider information prohibited by Australian securities law

第五条Article 5

违规举报与执法Reporting & Enforcement

发现违规使用行为请发送至 info@lynaimining.com，我们将在5个工作日内调查并回复。

Report violations to info@lynaimining.com. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

违规处理方式（视严重程度）：警告 → 功能限制 → 账号暂停 → 永久封禁 → 法律追究。因违规被封停的账号，不予退款。

Enforcement actions (depending on severity): warning → feature restriction → account suspension → permanent ban → legal action. Accounts terminated for breach will not receive a refund.
