Document Hierarchy: This Third-Party Channel Disclaimer (MC-LEGAL-07) operates alongside the Terms of Service (MC-LEGAL-01), Privacy Policy (MC-LEGAL-02) / Data Processing Agreement (MC-LEGAL-12), and any enterprise agreements. This document governs channel-specific authorisations, operational boundaries and revocation consequences only. Privacy, data protection, cross-border transfers and breach notification matters are governed by the privacy/data-processing stack and are not restated here. Where this document is inconsistent with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevails.

渠道接入概述Channel Integration Overview
MiningClawd 提供 Email、LinkedIn、WhatsApp 三种渠道集成功能，允许 AI Agent 通过这些渠道接收和处理信息。上述渠道均为独立第三方平台，MiningClawd 与 LinkedIn Corporation、Meta Platforms Inc.、各 Email 服务商之间不存在合作或代理关系。
MiningClawd provides Email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp channel integrations, enabling AI Agents to receive and process information through these channels. These are independent third-party platforms. MiningClawd has no partnership or agency relationship with LinkedIn Corporation, Meta Platforms Inc. or any email service provider.

Email 渠道Email Channel
授权范围 / Scope of Authorisation
- 读取您指定监听文件夹中的邮件元数据（发件人、主题、时间）Reading email metadata (sender, subject, timestamp) in your designated watch folders
- 根据 Agent 指令发送邮件（通过您的邮箱地址）Sending emails via your email address per Agent instructions
明确不包括 / Explicitly Excluded
- 未经您明确指令，不自动读取邮件正文Not automatically reading email body content without your explicit instruction
- 不向监听范围以外的文件夹读写Not accessing folders outside the designated watch scope
- 不存储您邮件的完整内容Not storing your full email content
使用企业邮箱提醒Corporate Email Notice
使用企业邮箱时，请确认您的公司信息安全政策允许第三方应用接入。违反公司政策产生的后果由您自行承担。
When using a corporate email, confirm your company's security policy permits third-party application access. You bear sole responsibility for any consequences of violating company policy.
第三条Article 3
LinkedIn 渠道LinkedIn Channel
通过 OAuth 2.0 授权后，MiningClawd 可：读取您的 LinkedIn 基本公开资料；如开启 Monitor DMs，读取收到的私信；如开启 Auto-accept Invites，代您接受 LinkedIn 连接请求。
After OAuth 2.0 authorisation, MiningClawd may: read your LinkedIn basic public profile; if 'Monitor DMs' is enabled, read incoming messages; if 'Auto-accept Invites' is enabled, accept LinkedIn connection requests on your behalf.
LinkedIn 有权随时修改其 API 政策或撤销 API 访问权限，由此导致功能失效的，MiningClawd 不承担责任。Token 有效期为60天，到期后需重新授权。
LinkedIn may modify its API policies or revoke API access at any time; MiningClawd is not liable for resulting service disruption. Tokens are valid for 60 days and must be re-authorised upon expiry.

WhatsApp 渠道WhatsApp Channel
WhatsApp 渠道通过扫描 QR 码建立连接。连接后 AI Agent 可接收并处理发送至该 WhatsApp 号码的消息。
The WhatsApp channel is established by scanning a QR code. Once connected, AI Agents can receive and process messages sent to that WhatsApp number.
WhatsApp 政策提醒WhatsApp Policy Notice
使用自动化工具操作 WhatsApp 账号可能违反 WhatsApp 服务条款，导致账号被 Meta 暂停。建议使用专门的 WhatsApp Business API 账号，而非个人账号。
Using automation tools with WhatsApp may violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service, resulting in account suspension by Meta. We recommend using a dedicated WhatsApp Business API account rather than a personal account.
第五条Article 5
撤销授权Revoking Authorisation
您可随时在 User Portal → 渠道设置 中断开任意渠道连接。断开后 MiningClawd 将停止访问该渠道，并删除相关 Token。建议同时在第三方平台的授权管理页面直接撤销授权，作为额外保障。
You may disconnect any channel at any time via User Portal → Channel Settings. MiningClawd will cease access and delete the associated Token. We also recommend revoking authorisation directly on the third-party platform's authorisation management page as an additional safeguard.
第六条Article 6
责任边界Liability Boundaries
第三方收件人条款：通过本平台渠道集成发送的消息的接收方（第三方收件人）不受本平台条款约束。用户承认并同意：(a) AI 生成并通过渠道发送给第三方的内容可能导致 MiningClawd 或用户对第三方承担直接责任；(b) 所有通过渠道发出的 AI 生成内容必须标注为"AI 生成内容"；(c) 用户不得通过渠道功能向第三方发送可能构成误导性或欺骗性陈述的内容；(d) 用户须对通过渠道功能发出的所有内容承担最终责任。
Third-Party Recipient Clause: Recipients of messages sent through the Platform's channel integrations (third-party recipients) are not bound by the Platform's terms. Users acknowledge and agree that: (a) AI-generated content sent to third parties via channels may give rise to direct liability for MiningClawd or the user towards those third parties; (b) all AI-generated content sent via channels must be labelled as "AI-generated content"; (c) users must not send content through channel functions that may constitute misleading or deceptive representations; (d) users bear ultimate responsibility for all content sent through channel functions.
MiningClawd 不对以下情形承担责任：第三方平台的服务中断或数据丢失；第三方平台修改 API 或政策导致集成失效；因使用自动化功能产生的商业纠纷；您因违反第三方平台条款导致账号被封禁；渠道传输数据被第三方平台政策要求披露。
MiningClawd is not liable for: third-party platform outages or data loss; integration failure caused by third-party API or policy changes; commercial disputes arising from use of automation features; your account being banned for violating third-party platform terms; data disclosure required by third-party platform policies.
